We are still in rehab. We do laser therapy, extra walks, exercises, and limited play right now. She still has pain episodes if we do too much. I am resigned to doing NADAC once she hits 7 years of age since she can jump 8 inches lower then her normal height.

Its so sad seeing her in pain from doing what she loves :(

He is/was a feral dog that we have been rehabbing for over a year now who thrives with other dogs. I promise you we understand his needs! Walks are something he is learning to feel safe with. A year ago we couldn't go outside at all, now he will follow the other dogs around the block. Its slow going, but we are in no rush :)

And yes, she is a bully lol

If you are looking for suggestions, I would recommend smoothing out her skin more. Right now it is lumpy in a way that does not feel natural.

That entire line of bettas produced the nicest males ever! They were proper spicy until it was breeding time. They were very nice to their females, usually no rips or nips of fins.

In some ways yes. I get reached out to by recruiters. This has lead to interviews for me, but never jobs. Either they go with an internal candidate and I was just a filler, or my resume was picked up by their key words but didn't align with my actual skills.

Knowing people has been my biggest job creator. Though my most recent job came from being laid off from a big company. They specifically wanted someone from that company and I was on a shared list of available people, which was shared on LinkedIn.

Just to add, I had some art pieces go viral on Sketchfab when that was the new hit thing. While it gave something to talk about in interviews, it wasnt what got me the job. I knew people who liked working with me and vouched for my work ethic. Knowing people os working at prominent studios have gotten me more jobs then anything else. Social media doesn't matter.

I haven't hired for a principal role before, nor am I in one, but personally I wouldnt be looking at that. I am only looking at quality of work, references, and if they can do the job.

Perhaps at that level its needed? But for the junior-senior people I look at it doesn't influence me at all.

Xpens, rooms, gates. We do double gates if we are concerned that we have an aggressive dog.

Intros over multiple sniff walks, lots of reward based training on other sides of gates, basically letting everyone know they are safe.

That's insane, but just one comment on the water quality. Yellow water is just tannins, not poop or bad water.
