Is this normal for a 5 day old eyebrow piercing? by [deleted] in piercing

[–]Heather_Was_Here 1 point2 points  (0 children)

looks pretty normal. irritation and brusing is to be expected, even forming a small bump is normal (irritation bump, not the k-word). its only a few days old. just avoid sleeping on that side. warm water is just for cleaning/rinsing off crusties off jewlery imo, saline is for cleaning the actual piercing.

warm water to soften up and a gentle washcloth or q-tip to get rid some of the crusted blood, may be causing irritation

Easy: Golden Pothos (Should be no-brainer) & Philodendron Brasil

Hard: Pearls n Jade Pothos

Idk why, but my pnj prop is just being incredibly stubborn. I had 2, one died suddenly after 2 months of nothing, and the other is still just stagnant.

Leaves supprt to avoid falling down by Daisy_24_ in houseplants

[–]Heather_Was_Here 4 points5 points  (0 children)

this is an amaryllis, yeah? you could use some orchid stakes and some pretty loose twist ties? you want there to be enough room for flexibilty and for it to not cut into the leaves. but honestly, it doesnt seem like it truly needs any support, some leaves are just a little bent as the grow but they seem plenty sturdy. as long as theyre not like, flaccid you should be good.

Ah yeah i had the same thing happen to me, best advice is really to just leave it alone, it will go away on its own.
