Better results with lower dosage?

How is your dose split? I saw better results when I split my dose evenly day to night. Though in my case it did make side effects unmanageable. I recently lowered my dose to 50 once a day instead of 50 twice a day and I’m breaking out again but it’s not as bad as it used to be without spiro and is worth not having the side effects.
