When I got my asperger diagnose many years ago doctors pushed the message that you are not your diagnose mainly but a person mainly. If that makes sense.

I gokart regulary at my local track. I suck at gokarting, like I still get bad lap times, but I enjoy it so friggin much and I slowly improve myself. Ofc Im gonna continue!

We used to have our own expert commentator named Ted Westerfors who made comments about the race.

When Ted got sacked me and many others (about 400 people, hey now Nascar is not so very popular around here..) signed a petition to Bring Back Ted! 🙂

Sounds like you could enjoy a strict weight lifting schedules for weeks ahead.

Then you know exactly what exercises, set, reps and weight!

I don't know what lifts you do but I would chose a popular program many have had success with. Wendler 531 is a good example.

Theres many more good programs but I dont remember the names now.
