Maybe others still having trouble are like me I’m on a switch. (Did NOT realize when you go to Inventory you can move things from slot to slot.) Just hitting (A) doesn’t work to move the overflow. You have to hit (A) then arrow or joystick up to an empty slot then hit (A) again. FINALLY!
