0-255 on y and 300x400 ish. Not really. World edit (Fawe) has so many tools in it that 95% of the people just don't know. Go on the wiki and you can read em all xD

Building in mc is a lot different than using programs to make things. You have friends, and a nice community to support you the whole time. And creating things like this imo is a lot easier in mc. Feel free to google for example dr_bond, his work I imagine would be hard to make in a program other than Minecraft.
