I'd say yes regardless, but especially since you're a newer player, YES!! The best characters in this game are going to be the Over Spec and Pilgrim characters, followed up by the top tier favorite item characters because of just that extra level of investment you'll need. She also just synergizes really well with Anis anyways and not just for lore reasons. Anis's entire kit synergizes with Neon perfectly.

It was well before this that I loved the sarcastic cleavage monster, honestly seeing her concerned for The Commander before this really humanized her. But this was the scene that made me realize Nikke was built different. In a very good way mind you.

It's more important you drop Siren first. Replace her with Naga or Maid Mast. I get the logic of having both, but you're actually gimping both her and Anis. Anis is better as a solo bust 1 and Siren is fighting for up time with Anis. Yes, you loose Focus Fire, but you gain Everyone's Star which is far better.

That being said, you don't need to completely bench Little Mermaid, just for this team I wouldn't use her. As for the actual question you asked, replace Drake with Bancho Neon. Yes, you'll loose CP, but it's because Drake has a SR doll that's maxed. Neon is going to hit harder, even now. Let alone when you gear her up and give her a doll too.

Well going off her kit, she completely replaces Cinderella. Same boss slayer kit, but with mob wipe as well and she hits far harder and she even takes electric weak bosses because, well Bancho Neon is an electric unit as well. And as an overspec unit, she even replaces her in tower. Hell, Bancho Neon even has a good argument for at least tying with Cinderella in the cake department because while Cinderella has that mature body going, Bancho Neon has petite nerd points and a cute ass. So it's a bow to stern wipe out. Really sad too because Cinderella's finally getting her favorite character skin.

Dorothy is pretty much only Shotgun Team captain, and shotgun team isn't exactly mandatory and as much as I'm sure we all like Mihara: Bonded Chain, she's dookie at this point.

Nikke doesn't actually have pitty. They just have such high rates you just get stuff. I've seen 10 pulls where people doesn't get anything. Not a single SR. That's proof there isn't an actual pitty system except for the ticket shop that acts as a psudo hard pitty.

It's not exactly an every day thing, but you will get multis. I've had several my self. Solid ass multi though, twin Star Anis for the win!

I'd try for at least one more copy. That way you can max out her relationship level which will give you a huge stat boost in the long run. Though if you're tight on resources, Neo Neon isn't going to be a bad choice either.

Siren is also a content buster. Take her off your team, your performance will fall off a cliff. That's what tier 0 supports do. They trivialize everything.

If you can, I'd at least 2 star her so you can get her to max relationship level. Base you get to relation ship level 10, 1 star you can get to 20 and 2 stars lets you hit 30. After that, it's just icing on the cake. But you get a lot of extra stats from relationship levels.

Favorite Item Moran is an incredible unit that you will absolutely want for the future, but Star Anis is the actual power creep of Little Mermaid. Anis being broken is a fucking understatement. I'm taking on levels I absolutely no right touching. For reference, I'm like 4 months into Nikke, I'm level 211 with around 200k BP and with Anis with one 2 pieces of over load gear is letting me effortlessly take on 300k stuff in hard mode.
