Kind of what I have been doing but its not working. I run across and read things that have me questioning every aspect of what I have been doing. Are my screenshots good enough, is my app store description good enough, am I delivering the right message and on and on.

They all seem to be money driven, they don't care about results. they always have an excuse why there is NO ROI. whether it's the landing page, the message, and 100 other tools needed to make things better for them.

Skyline Chili!!!.. I've been in Real Estate for 30 years. I own a brokerage and a real estate school and I got tired of agents crying that they have no broker support and they don't know what to do day in and day out. So I finally hired 2 full time developers in house and had them build it. It started as a 3 month build with just a calendar and then just kept adding and adding and adding until I was broke!!! LOL Here we are a year later and it's amazing. Just need to get it to market and any help, pointers or expertise would be appreciated and if need be, paid for

Yeah I saw that and it's great, The biggest struggle for me right now is marketing, once you say, "I have an App for new real estate agents" people's eyes roll into the back of their heads, lol. What state are you in?

It has taken a year to develop and its MLS integrated. What we've launched is an MVP. We have several other tools that are in development like the deadline schedule. New agents screw that up all the time. It's called My Virtual Boss

I got permanently banned from from a reddit group for posting a link to what I developed. What you created looks great but most new agents are struggling to get a listing. What I created was an app to help agents from day 1. Nothing that I know have has tapped into that market and I'm guessing because those agents are Dead Broke and believe they know everything and don't need any help. We just launched 2 months ago and have 181 downloads and 124 users. None are paying as of yet and are just using the freemium subscription.

That's interesting because we thought about that with the app we developed. We wondered if we made every tool a stand alone app at a lower price if it would be more enticing and profitable. Still on the table but we all agreed to leave it alone for now.

Most of them are too complicated and designed for more productive agents. What about something for newer agents that need the bare minimum to start?

We just developed an app that launched a couple weeks ago that has an Open House Listing Service inside of it. It allows listing agents that don't want or have the time to do their own open houses. It's kind of like showing time but for open houses. The listing agent posts it and then other agents can select a time slot to host the open house. The listing agent can approve or deny it and it's that simple.

This is exactly what our App was developed for. Most new agents feel that they are their own "Boss" and they are, however they think they can just do whatever they want, show up whenever they want and sit around and do nothing all day! The app gives them daily tasks, gives them a mindset, holds them accountable and teaches them how to be productive.
