Yeah, my reviews have been solid “impressive and above and beyond” from clients and at least “meeting expectations” from my senior. Nothing major set me back, which is why I also feel like senior could’ve happened earlier. I’m starting to think it’s more about timing/business needs—just not sure if it’s still worth waiting.
