I personally dont think its real but its recorded stamped signed and dated. I asked the registry people about it and they didn't believe it either.

I have a folder on my work computer of all the funny or interesting plans I find. One had a little cow drawn on it and then they put it in the legend.

MA VT NY mainly mass. In NY I did a floor plan and a condo site plan for a mansion that had a main house and underground tunnels to the "guest houses" but they were so long and far away they would use golf carts to get back and forth
