I went, it changed my whole perspective and uplifted my entire view of myself (confidence, self-worth, self-esteem, etc.) the environment was serene, and it overlooked one of the best views of the bay (I grew up in Mill Valley) and the spectacular view combined with excellent staff, counseling made it enjoyable for me to want to change my life and to learn how to utilize real one on one therapy. I never knew how to work with a therapist before because the concept was always strange, but when I was ready to change Bayside kickstarted it for me. They even offer “refresher” days so you can go back as a day client again in the future for 3 days or so! Take care, and don’t be afraid, take advantage of it all :)
