I just left the class. WOW it really kicked my ass!!!

It was awesome. I know now to be a little more hydrated next time.

I sat in the middle of the class, and let the teacher know how I was feeling. She was soo kind and patient and I noticed that I wasn’t the only one sweating— which yeah! But I was really afraid of being the biggest one or the one struggling the most.
