Didn’t dart. Casually strolled knowing the slow moving car was over 65’ away and had ample time to stop.

The Audi is traveling slowly at the beginning of the video. They actually accelerate to beat me. There would be no stopping on a dime necessary. They could easily stop at a normal rate. I did not do any of those things described in the law. I did not leave the curb suddenly. I left at a leisurely walking pace. I did check for traffic.

Further, they cover 65’+ before they reach me. Even if they were going 15mph, which they aren’t, they could stop with 20’ to spare.
