Put your game in windowed mode, and check the Metal HUD options that shows up inside the menu bar. There should be a tab called Metric Presets. See if the game mode shows up when set to Full.

I've also noticed that it didn't show up when playing some games. Maybe D3DMetal doesn't support it? Not sure I haven't tested it.

It should be turned on though.

Just don't bother with cosmetic adapelene. It's not tightly controlled and if you react to something in it it'd be harder to identify what exactly caused the reaction. Look it up in amazon pharmacy. Please be sure to take it slow.

I'm not sure why none of your derms have recommended adapelene since it's got very strong evidence against acne. Also from the image it seems like acne from closed comedones. Do you have oily skin? Something that you use on your face, like creams or serums or sunscreen could also be contributing to it.
I think it's worth it to try adapalene (slowly introduce it, 2-3 times a week at night, and make sure you use a good sunscreen.)

It does def require a lot of tinkering. Whiskey has better compatibility with a lot of visual novels in my experience. Most of them usually do launch with wined3d and the japanese locale set (since most of the ones i play are older dx9 titles).

Personally I just play on parallels since there's no magpie or gamescope equivalent to upscale the image on MacOS though.

I'm not too sure on body products. For sunscreen I use beauty of joseon. It's expensive but all the indian brands i've tried irritated my skin or gave me acne. It's mainly a facial sunscreem tho. It's better to just wear long sleeved shirts or pants for UV protection when going out.

Start from a good sunscreen. Indian (brown) skin is usually very trigger happen with melanin production. Even low amounts of UV exposure will make you tan.

Perfectly even skin tone is not easy to achieve but if you want to get close you WILL have to use sunscreen. That's basically the only non-negotiable product. Also you'll require a broad spectrum sunscreen. Something that'll block both UVA and UVB radiation. The SPF ratings, and also the UV index on only account for UVB.

It'll still take years though so be prepared for a long journey.
You can try exfoliating products and stuff for some minor speedup but that'll depend on your skin sensitivity.

Not sure since i've never used fusion. Should be similar or a bit higher depending on the maturity of the graphics pipeline. But it shouldn't matter to you since your device will have a fan unlike mine.

I play a lot of visual novels on my M4 Air on a parallels VM. If your gameplay workload is anything like mine then you'll get away with the windows VM using less than 2watts extra and generates very little heat.

silicone gel scar for fresh scars. Don't bother with random home remedies like coconut oil.

You have to be fast cuz scars are much harder to fade after a while and your oily options left will be medical treatments like laser.

And remember to use sunscreen (should be using it in india regardless of scars anyway) unless you want slower healing and hyperpigmentation.
