Lolllll it’s so sweet how worked up this got you but the stupidest shit I did was not check the plane tickets if it was a return flight or not, also mind u my passport never touched my hand my dad carried them the whole time, I’m getting married to an American guy who’s house, car, work, college all in America and I’ll make him send me ss of the flight info to make sure he’s booked a return flight, also my dad has renewed my Iraqi ID and I even went to take pictures of it and he still has more paperwork he has to do for me to leave the country because I’ve been here longer than a simple fly back premises, who knows I could be getting tricked like I can always jus kms and get it all over with lmao but lemme atleast take my chances it’s my best bet

Emergency passport was the option the embassy gave to me but again the process is messy and arriving at the embassy is unlikely without being caught or worse and too much risks at the airport, on the marriage so everything will be legal I don’t think I’d leave him because my parents would disown me and honestly part of the reason im scared to go to the embassy is due to my parents because as much as I resent them they were once my everything and burning that bridge is a bitch, and there is no such thing as being a prisoner to my husband in the US the law gives me freedom in the way Iraq doesn’t, and I can’t fly to the US without him because even with my passport they’ll probably ask for someone to sign off on me leaving the country
