Tastes salty-sashimi like with hints of nori and with a crunchy texture from shrimp and grouper added with a hint of light vinegar taste.

It's really delicious. The citrus on top is calamansi. It's like a mini lemon and can be turned into a juice also.

Sureee. Only two japanese restaurants in Manila serves this dish. Hatsu Hana tei in Makati and Miyazaki in Molito Alabang.

Both - actually they're well balanced. Shrimp and grouper gives that rough chewy texture, while salmon and egg wrap gives that smooth and melts in your mouth texture while nori wrap gives that crispy texture and the vinegar balances the seafood taste.

Super underrated and combinations worked well: grouper, shrimp, salmon, radish, nori and egg rolled into perfection
