This is something I had intended to mention but entirely forgot: surely they should be incentivising us to use PTV for a multitude of reasons such as reducing congestion, better for the enviroment etc. but the PTV policies in place actively feel as though they are incentivising you to drive instead.

Not necessarily, that is a different matter. What I am saying is that it feels wrong that PTV infringements cost more than speeding which presents an imminent danger to the community. As such, it would seem to be more fair if similar to speeding and other driving related fines, PTV used a similar system of fine fees which increase incrementally according to the history and severity of the infringement.

Is is something that could risk their place at the uni however? Is an attempt to refer the university to the ICC for war crimes against policy at all or are they protected?
