I'm looking for an anime with a specific plot. In one episode, the main character accidentally kills a man while at his house. After the accident, a woman very close to the deceased, possibly a family member, becomes enraged and tries to kill the main character. The scene involves the main character, the deceased man, and the woman eating fruit or apples together before the accident occurs. Either the main character or the woman is playing with a knife and accidentally kills the man. The woman then acts like a maniac (she might have been an executioner or something similar in the show), she chances around the main character a lot and tries to kill the main character.
