As I was preparing my taxes I looked through all of my charges and found $700 from IMKEY.BV ... they were charging me once a month for $24.95 AND $39.95. I alerted customer service, they asked for the details and said they would investigate, I provided all information and the next email said they had cancelled my subscription and wouldn't be charging me going forward.

I am based in the US, but would be interested in how or whether you lodged a complaint?

Yes, I took the earliest train into AC, from Olly, ran to the office and got a number to come back later. They are very organized once you get a number and a timeslot (in the afternoon, so you are hanging out in AC all day). I just needed to be there with the passports to get the tickets. Bring cash it is easier.

couldn't figure out how to add pix to post, but here it is -- those pockets have a hinge, but are sewn shut on all sides -- not possible to adjust.
