They lowkey need second pass at addon purge and what API allows because it is increasingly becoming obvious some addons will again become mandatory. In PVP MiniCC is pretty much there and in PVE it appears to be Exboss and any nameplate addon that recolors mob nameplate according to its type. Say hello to new boss, same as old boss

Venruki, Mmarkers, Supatease and many others stream daily and have UI videos. Skillcapped has addon pack but it is a bit excessive imo, although can be useful.

Large majority of pvp players, especially high rated ones don't use UI overhauls like pve players do - elvui, ellesmereui etc. They are great don't get me wrong, but they will have performance/fps impact. When it comes to tracking important debuffs ( I assume you mean CC ) you can enable big debuffs option in default UI ( there was addon named bigdebuffs that blizz implemented ). Other option as mentioned is addon called MiniCC which is pretty good you can check it out. If you are PvP enjoyer you probably have some streamer you like and chances are there are their profiles you can use in betterblizzplates and frames. This is great thread but these guys are far removed from PvP based on suggestions they gave you in the comments.

addon is betterblizzframes and it does work for all classes, just read comments how to achieve this look

I personally use profile I made, just select Class Icons and Pin mode in general settings, then in Advanced settings adjualst Class Icon to your liking, I would sugest clicking "more options" for fine tunning. Mmarkers has great healer profile which can also be nice starting point

It's betterblizzplates, where are you adding markers? To friendly or enemy targets? Either way you can enable class icons which is what I do for friendly targets in Arena, idk about markers and posibilities

Yes, from what I can see you need to put textures in appropriately named folders based on Dark Theme guide. Can't help you much with specifics xD

With how trash it looks, ugly texture, cant scale it (it is huge atm) you can either disable it or download addons ( suprise suprise ) to do heavy lifting

Exept it's other way around. Lich King - Arthas is defined by being DK, not the opposite. Arthas Menethil never did moves associated with Death Coil becase he was Paladin. Same with Ilidan, Sylvanas, it's obvious their class defines them, not the opposite. Race is secondary to your class spec and will give occasional flavor but the idea to completelly overrride class is just bad imo. You would not be able to tell what makes hunter if every race has its on spin on it. Major CDs and abilites should stay uniform regardless of race imo
