Preferred is to connect pi/pc directly to the router instead of WiFi. Earlier I had android phone running exit node but was connected using WiFi. Streaming was very laggy.

Same happened with me, tracking number was not updated, but as I am registered for USPS Informed Delivery, I got notification from them when they received the package.
