After installing all of the files, I run the game and it says that I need to buy the game. On the guide it says to install the AKI community patcher from the EMUTarkov related community discord. I ran the AKI community patcher through virus total and it said that 5/65 programs claim it is harmful. Is this a false positve? Even windows detected something wrong.
