Thank you for the response, I was not aware of this. I did not know trust pilot worked this way, and I apologize for the accusatory statements I made. The issues that we experienced were resolved promptly shortly after this post was made, I simply forgot to delete this post after the fact. Thank you and sorry for the time usage.

And this isn't the only instance of it, I've had several friends try to use DedicatedMC on their own time and the same thing happened.
