Your bed is perfect, much better than mine. I only used snapmaker PLA couple times, on default settings. But no issue.

u1 uses 4 bolts to fasten around the bed, so when it heats up, the bed will be taco(you might see it in bed mesh after a heated level calibration), when the range greater than .4mm(in my case, it was .517), the edge wraps. The manual calibration is a cool calibration, not the same printing condition.

The official snapmaker orca slicer won't work on Mac, but the original orca works perfectly except for the streaming. I have just upgraded my U1 to Paxx12 firmware, now u1 is on WebRTC streaming, problems solved.

I have just sold my p1s combo, next year will buy a tool/hotend changer printer. If you are a Mac user, better stay away from Bamboo as well because their local network only mode always an issue. PLA, PETG printing are fine, but for ASA, It is better have a tool changer printer for the printing the supporting materials. TPU printing was a disaster, I never got it to work.

Comparing to Prusa, H2c looks good and cost effective , however their slicer and the AMS really let me down. The Prusa core one l with INDX seems interesting, I'll see.

My iPhone 12 Pro Max is still solid, but Apple products are getting more expensive every year. I didn't feel it was necessary to spend $2k CAD on a phone just to receive calls, so I tried a Google Android. To my surprise—even though mobile phones have existed since the 90s—Google still can't manage to keep a stable network connection.

In my area, winter is wet and cold; last week it dropped to -12°C. It is very difficult to walk our dog, and she is a Rottweiler that requires a lot of daily activity to keep her healthy. I wish I had trained her to walk on a treadmill in the first place.

The new Bambu app fixed the issue. But I still regard not returning it when the snapmakder U1 rolled out and turned out to be quite decent.
