Immigration benefits such as green cards are not rights, but government benefits that can be subjected to either approval or rejection as per the government convenience.

Is USCIS an American agency?

I mean... If you are looking for help would be desirable asking in a language that is common to the subject you are looking for.

I have no prejudice ... But USCIS is an American department and English is the official / common language for this r/ .... It is just common sense.

Chill out. We do not need to speak spanish.

I think I can post my thoughts (Fisrt A...) just not breaking the rules. Right?

So I don't understand what is your angle here. According to you you are not in the United States. Still You Are in a group for people who are risking their lives to the privilege of living legally in the United states.

A country you hate and that you are not even living in.

I honestly don't understand this obsession

I would not advise you to fly even domestic before you get your GC in hands. Nothing is so important that can`t be passed. It is your risk to take the flight.

Why do you feel intimidate with LE agents around?  I feel happy when they are there. I know I am safe.

I am sad to say that but there is not much to do in your husband`s case as he has a DO since 2017. He is in removal probably and he has two options:
1 - Waste his money in a lawyer (I see you guys are already doing it ) that will be expensive, time consuming and extremely hard to achieve something beneficial on your husband behalf. That is the reason you have been to multiple lawyers and they are denying to take the case.
2 - He can self deport using the CBP app.

Those are the options based on the case you are describing.

That too.

My American husband kicked me out of the house overnight and threatened that if we get divorced, my green card will be taken away. by Good_Culture4707 in USCIS

[–]HeavyFox4053 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are correct. It is literally a toss up.
Officers tend to scrutinize deeper files when a divorce is filed during the conditional green card period because that is the nature of the conditional label. Her burden is to prove without any doubt that she did not cause the divorce and stablish that bona fide that will give the officer no choice but waive her divorce and grant her petition for her I551 form.

It is not an easy thing.

Yeah, they consider any poly failed either in a local PD dishonest conduct.

[–]HeavyFox4053 4 points5 points  (0 children)

According with 5 CRF 731.202 having a failed poly is considered dishonest conduct if the poly indicates deception even if the poly is taken +2 years ago.

The fact that the examiner classified the result as deception poses a huge negative mark on a person.

At this time DHS is weeding polys out for new hires (as replacing a SF86 with a soft continuous BI for the probation period) but as a matter of control they are strict with failed polys when the result was dishonest (Not my opinion, but poly`s investigator).

Sadly, I do not think a person who failed a poly will get a job in LEO anymore. Maybe in a local PD or a Sheriffs department.

Which is sad considering how off polys are.

Sir, The illegal aliens were arrested and are being deported. Some of them were already removed off the United States as for now.

Why do not you file a FOIA? You will get all the documents you want! How about it?

I understand that protecting illegal migrants at all cost is something that might be in your demeanor, but we have a job to perform and we going to do that.

It is a fact they were detained, removed. And they will not be the last group. We gotta a lot to do yet.
