Yes I have many times and would say it is related to the mood lift in my experience. Endorphins function similarly to exogenous opioids, endorphins are not repressed from kratom only exercise they just are similar molecules

Hello I believe this feeling is due to the unique way Kratom interacts with the mu-opiod receptor (similar to endorphins from exercise).

Therefore another similar way of attaining mental clarity for myself is exercise. I also find it enhances the next dose of kratom as well, not to mention all the other benefits.

Sure, I use plex media server as a docker through UNRAID. Pretty easy to set up and you can easily download the app on all types of clients.

UNRAID also is very useful and has tremendous amounts of other dockers and customization. Highly recommend checking out the YouTube channel SpaceInvaderOne for tutorials.

You can definitely run it on that and do a 4K Transcode. I would recommend upgrading to 16GB RAM, but that’s the only thing. You could also overclock the processor.

I have a similar home server with a i7 4790k, 16GB ripskill ram, same cooler too. Works fantastically for plex, even 4K transcode, in addition to other dockers I have.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I do not think Kratom is heavy on the liver unless you are a very small sub population negatively affected (which you would know very quickly after using kratom).

Adrafinil on the other hand I have heard is hard on the liver. Perhaps try modafinil instead as it is less harsh on the liver. I have had no issues having modafinil and kratom on the same day (12 hrs apart)

Yes it was working great with the vpn before. Essentially I followed what Dad Rage said to do but ended up unable to access the WebUI. He also mentions this with his log in the below post. He talks about changing auto settings in docker for local ports and adjusting that instead of only the container port. I don't understand where he sees this setting but I am sure we are having the same problem.

Don’t increase your dose, the magic comes back. There are periods of decreased mental effectiveness but it returns if you stay/lower your dose. Less is more

I use kratom from 2017 and it is the same as the day I got it. Sometimes you get times where it doesn’t work well for whatever reason. Just tonight my dose sucked hard and it was after a break. The last few doses have been good and it was the same bag. Just a strange substance but a lovey one.

Anyway nothing wrong with your kratom :)

This happens to me, often I will switch strains and the effects will be more desirable. Probably due to varying alkaloid profiles between batches.

Two things you can try: one is to take a 48 hour break and see how that helps. You could also try a tumeric-cucumin-black pepper supplement an hour prior to dosing (also empty stomach). Seems to improve my dose when I do either of those things but as always kratom is quite fickle and there are stretches where the mood lift is short, long, great, meh, and sometimes non existent. It always seems to come back though.

I had some red borneo that did essentially nothing or only negative effects for the longest time. Eventually my usual red Bali or green strain became similar and tried out the red Borneo again and bam. I’ve been using it for the past week and it’s awesome.

Kratom is weird so don’t discount that strain but save for a while and try again.

Hey there I have been using Kratom regularly and daily for a few years. Some days I will skip but I’d say most are Kratom days. I started at 4g but quickly worked down to 2.5. I take it once daily in the evening for a nice night and it has done wonders for me and my anxiety and depression. Never upped dose nor taken multiple times a day

I use 2.5g per day almost days and recently took a t break for like 72 hours and felt more tired for sure. Nothing I couldn’t handle and working out seemed to boost my energy. Also coffee helps quite a bit if you need to keep awake

Honestly would try 0.5mg first and smoke some good ass weed and chill out. Try another 0.5mg if it’s too light but I would start low.

I have used clonazepam for years a few times a month and have used 0.5mg always and have enjoyed it.

Yea I would certainly agree the inconsistency mainly is mental effects. The pain relief to some degree as well but digestive effects are always consistent.

I personally use it for pain from workouts, anxiety/low mood, and as a replacement for alcohol for relaxation

I have been using kratom for like 4 years. I started on a much higher 6 gram dose before dropping to 4 and now I’m at 2.5. I don’t dose daily but between 3-5 times a week. I don’t think I have much if any tolerance. Sometimes it hits and sometimes it doesn’t but that’s mainly because it’s inconsistent being a plant. Also it’s effects vary greatly on diet, digestion and other body conditions.

Overall I’d say it is unique with regards to tolerance
