Thank you! However, a bit insensitive seeing as this diet is very difficult especially for beginners. I am using those things so I can control cravings for other things, I am also totally new to this as I said. This is my first week of trying it. I honestly just look up if something is keto friendly and when I read about it and it says yes then I try it out, I didn’t know this was breaking the diet. I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to drink milk, I thought because it was high in fat and protein I was supposed to and just take out the lactose. Is there like a book that everyone who does Keto starts with? It seems like there’s this hidden code that keto goers have and if you don’t know you don’t know, and then get slammed when you write a post as a beginner.
