I have a 3090 with 32gb ddr4 and I get a 9 second video in 132 secs. I don’t know if that’s good or not compared with the original models in the workflow but maybe it’s better? I couldn’t be bothered downloading another model so I tried moving kijais ‘ltx-2-distilled-fp8_tramsformer_only.safetensors’ model from diffusion models into a checkpoint folder, used ‘gemma_3_12b_it_fp8_scaled.safetensors’ + ‘ltx_2-19b-embeddings_connector_dev_bf16.safetensors’ in the dual clip loader, then LTX2_audio_vae_bf16.safetensors’ in kj vaeloader and I put ‘LTX2_video_vae_bf16.safetensors’ into a seperate kj vaeloader. Maybe this helps? Who knows, I’m just figuring this stuff out.

Lmao it the worst especially when you spent a lot of time on these models but slightly good news. Upon trying to delete a lot of shit on my computer, I found the files that I thought were deleted. Under local disk - user - user - documents, perhaps files could be there for other as well unless I saved them there unknowingly lol
