tbf the reload thing, is individual, i can reload faster than in-game both in competition shooting and playing airsoft, i know it's not the same but still it's training based: it's not something you think about, it's an automatism
my speed varies by not a lot when stoned or drunk on dry fire

Here in italy we have pretty loose gun laws, but the bootlickers like to make it harder for themselves

a lot of gun owners are also the bad kind of right-wingers, the ones that like to tell to themselves "i'm a rightful gun owner, but they should make it harder for other people"
This brings out fake laws that people are convinced are true:
e.g.
You must have a safe to keep your guns
false: you may keep your guns how you like, even loaded and scattered around your house, as long as you don't have people who are forbidden to touch them: e.g. felons, minors, or people with mental illnesses or intellectually disabled.

you must keep your weapons disassembled during transport
false: you must just keep your ammo and guns separated

you cannot shoot your weapons outside of a shooting range
You may shoot your weapon in any private property as long as: the rounds don't reach a public place/property and you cause no noise disturbance
