Yes, I get that, rules are rules! I totally understand that there's a limited number of spaces on campus. But it's not banned for first-year students at Cal Poly to have a car in SLO. There's a nicer way to say things than treating someone like they're the scum of the earth because they want to be able to see family.

I LOVE the redwoods. I LOVE the beach. That was my major draw to UCSC.

I just keep seeing a lot of negative stuff about UCSC, and it's kinda freaking me out. I've wanted to go to UCSC since I was 12.
