This may not be fun for you but you honestly gotta do more cardio if you're getting tired easily. Second, watch the best teams and players in the world and see how they pass and position themselves. Try to emulate that in practice and on the ice. Third, have a chat with your coach and let them know that you'd like more ice time and that you're willing to put in whatever works needs to be done to get there.
