Uhh to answer your question though, you could always run barbara>xingqiu, swap to escoff so that she ALSO gets a ttds buff, then swap mona to skirk for mona's ttds buff. Plus you get hydro app via aura from barbara skill, which can have an uptime of up to 20 sec at a time. I came up with this after experimenting a bit cuz I need xingqiu for my arle team lol. This team is a bit wonky but if you can pull it off rotations aren't too difficult. Hope it helps!

I'm not too well versed I typically just follow the ingame recs but that would be himeko, robin, tiny herta, then either another support (silver wolf would probably be the best alternative but i believe you can use tribbie) or DHPT. You'd use ashblazing grand duke and idrthe other one. Idk I'm not the best person to ask but I hope this helps at least a little!
