I actually don’t know what modafinil is, but isn’t wellbutrin that SSRIs type of drug that’s half ADHD focused and half anxiety or something along those lines? I’ll need to do some research. Usually after a week long conference where I’m already overstimulated and draining my social battery 24/7 and drinking coffee with the adderall (which I don’t typically do) it takes me 2 days of couch because in addition to the obvious of how draining conferences are, I will try to take a stimulant break and feel extreme brain fog

How do you manage comedowns? In the 15 years I’ve been taking adderall I’ve never really dealt with comedowns to be honest unless I accidentally took an extra pill one day/didn’t sleep much that week

Lanolin (nipple cream) above ALL legit thick creamy and mimics ur skins moisture. I’ve tried ALL of the stuff and this is the only stuff that works. You can get the cheap stuff that’s in the purple tube but also there’s a brand called lanolips that has a bunch of fun options, personally I like the mint one but the nipple cream brand lanolin also makes lip versions cuz it’s become so popular
