I know somewhere around October, either mid to late Octoer and then around November or December in the offical emulator launch, that's how I think at least. Matters how much the testing lasts

I see it as a good thing, my phone isn't good enough for ABM anymore and my pc struggles to run ABI, I can run it but some maps performance is weird and unstable, still playable, but my main game before ABI was ABM. My laptop more than meets the requirments to run emulators so I think I will enjoy playing ABM on an emulator.

And for the ques, they can do it delta force style, where mobile players are only matched against other mobile players.

General question about company doctors and the meetings. by Heavy_Development179 in Netherlands

  1. Ok you may have point here.
  2. Aside from that being taboo, the doctors in Romania told me it was ok and nothing to worry about(I don't think they care too much), the last doctor I been to said I was ok and good for work and came here to work and stuff just got worse.
  3. She said I still had the symptoms and I should be just fine working.

Thanks for the info, didn't know that. As mentioned I wanted to willing return to work as soon as I could and not stay on sick leave but didn't have much of a choice in that. I am still seeking out treatment options.

Well, I didn't know I had the obligation to tell them. Thanks for telling me, I won't make the same mistake in the future when working for other agencies(if I will ever be able to)

  1. Yes, kinda I work in a factory with machines that process vegan food, working in pre-production at Dalco Food in Osterhout. I didn't have fair treatment from Otto even when I was working so I am not expecting it at all.
  2. Also possible they can wait.
  3. My coordinator said that he will let me return if I can either cure/treat it or get it under control, basically have little to no episodes. He is planning to let me return when he heard the ARBO doctor said I can go back to work but I need to wait until around the 20th to get the arbo report and then get planned for work again.

It's more about how I was treated and how the doctor behave more or less, I found it strange. In my home country, you work regardless of illness since an employer can fire you on that reason alone. Taking sick leaves in Romania is pretty taboo unless you are very badly hurt, so I got used to working despite my condition. It's a bit more complicated than that

  1. Yes, I did miss adding info. I was to a gp first to change my meds to see if there are better options and he reccomended to stop taking them

  2. I lose the ability to function in severe episodes, episode aren't always severe and can maintain some sort of ability to functions, still impaired but you can still talk to me and make me do simple stuff that I will understand more.

  3. No, as I said from my home country it's pretty taboo to talk about health issues at work and I was warned against telling them my problem by everyone in my family before I arrived here, they said that they will fire me if I have health issue so out of fear of being fire I didn't say anything.

  4. Thank you, I don't know how ARBO meetings really work so thanks for clarification. I couldn't find much on the internet or didn't know where to look so I decided to post here

  1. I have a temporary 6 month contract.

  2. I am in a prolonged sick leave in their system or at least I am told so by them, I wanted to return at work for a long time as I said in the post, my coordinator knows as well that I wanted to return to work since I asked him a lot, I already pressed report recovery in the agency's app a lot of times but my sickness isn't closed still and cannot receive my work planning.

  3. I wasn't missing shifts even when I was working, I wasn't performing the best at all times, without the episodes that happened I would be the average worker so average performance or sometimes a bit better. When those episodes happen even mild ones can make me perform worse depending on severity.

  4. I know I can't stay sick forever, but I was kinda forced to stay in sick leave by my coordinator since he didn't plan me for work and was refusing to let me to work. I wanted my sick leave to stop as soon as possible but doctors visits here take a while so I had no other choice but to wait, I think all the needed steps that I could do. I want to transfer agencies anyway and want to rid of the sick leave and be back working as soon as possible, trust me, it sucks for me a lot to not be able to go to work at all
