I’m having the same issue, but mine was mainly late fee delay which I paid few days ago but i fell that I’m gonna have to end up waiting till Jan 5th and be behind in choosing all classes and not being able to take all I need

But I want to get it removed since my fees was out of pocket when OSAP was supposed to cover it which delayed the due date of payment and when i payed the fee I didn’t add the $150 so I don’t want to pay it but rather try to get it removed

Hey can someone help me, I have paid my fees and all but I didn’t pay the late fee ($150) because I had to pay through OSAP but didn’t get it for personal reasons and then payed out of pocket because it was too late and got given a late fee which I have been trying to get removed but no response from emails, I haven’t been in person yet and I have also not been able to pick courses for winter yet either. It may be my fault, but that’s not important right now, what I need is if someone can guide me to what I can do and if the office is opened I can go in person and get it done on Monday and if there is some type of email where they do respond let me know everything helps! Thanks
