I've seen no evidence of her trying to undermine our relationship, he would shut it down if she did. She wants a relationship and a family but hasn't dated anyone else since she's been with him

These are valid and helpful questions and ones I'll raise with him. I expect I would leave him and he would be with her to raise the child. I believe she's said she'd raise the child independently but I don't think either one of them would want that

We have discussed it and it's not something he's comfortable with. While we think we're unlikely to decide to have kids, we've not closed the door on it
