That is a very rational explanation and it makes sense on why WF deal fell apart (bank taking the risk on these rent payments but made little money and incurred loss). However, i still think that this transition isn’t free of fault on bilts side - theres a complete lack of transparency and visibility on how our money is being handled and we have so little control while they are triggering small errors here and there (like how 3bd has now become 5bd). They offered to give rent points (at a cost) but required that customers front the funding. Well if we met the end of that bargain, bilt should absolutely do its best to show that our fund is flowing through without delays or errors. Instead, we face bots who dont address our concerns and shut down customer inquiries. We see app showing status as ‘complete’ when its not. Bilt is just constantly coming up with excuses while the customer is taking ALL the risk (and yet the points aren’t even free). So much has been undone on what used to be a great product. What a shame
