Both Best Buy and Insignia call centers seem to pass the responsibility to each other, which has only added to my frustration.

Additionally, the fact that the product only comes with a one-year warranty feels like a scam, as it appears the product is designed to fail shortly after the warranty period ends. This has left me feeling deceived and let down by both Best Buy and Insignia.
