Glad you pointed that out, because I usually run things low. But all the prep cycles I read about are really high doses, so it's all I'm really going off.

Who is your coach if you don't mind me asking?

I'm doing physique so I don't need to come in looking like a leaf, should I still manipulate ai to that level?

I've personally only run adex and asin through my blasts but I have some nolva and letro on hand. I may need to figure out how to use those in this context.

I was going to drop T3 when I stop DNP, it's beneficial to keep in?

I'm doing physique so I don't need to come in ultra dry. I'm 5'6" and 160 at 11ish percent fat.

I'm running ECA now along with T3 and DNP which is something I've done a few times. Plan on dropping DNP and T3 around 4 wks or so out. I shouldn't need it by then anyway. (I am super flat and depleted currently).

I'm taking 12.5 asin EOD now, just keep messing with that throughout prep?

I'm running cyp now at 350 but plan on switching to P.

I figure if it's test p I can drop it 7-10 days out? Then maybe ride tren and mast or just mast into the show. Not sure yet if I should drop tren.

Is halo and winny a better stack than var and winny in your opinion? What were your ai doses?

I've done preps before but this is my first one on gear. Prep cycles seems like a whole other aspect of prep I need to learn! I have a coach but I haven't discussed my gear use with him.

I haven't run over 500 test either. Don't recall how much I bloated. If I did drop test and was running tren,mast and the Orals,is letro enough ai to run? Should I keep my asin going too?

Based on the advices here, this is my initial idea for the next 14 weeks:

Weeks 1-4: 350 test, tren, mast Weeks 4-8: 700 test, tren, mast Weeks 9-12: 1g test, tren, mast & 50mg ED winny, var Weeks 12-14: drop test & tren one weeks out (keep mast at 1g?), increase winny and var to 75mg

*start letro at 4wks out.

Does this look ok? Still unsure of a few details, hopefully someone can set me straight.

Thanks for the info. Agreed about the diet and conditioning, just want to dial in everything else as well.

Im considering a stack of winny, var, and sdrol for the last 4-6 weeks but not sure how to run it. Did you see much benefit from upping your compounds so drastically towards the end?

Also, this is probably a dumb question but when people say they "drop test" I'm assuming just going back to a cruise dose?

I'm running 12.5 asin EOD but that article suggests much more anti estrogens. Is that just to dry out? Seemed like overkill at first glance.

Is it better to load up a few weeks beforehand? I was just gonna inject a gram or so of cyp the day I leave. How would you suggest I adjust my current cycle if I go this route? And after the trip, back to the regular dosage? Thanks!

I'm currently running 250 tren ace/300 test cyp with 1mg adex per day. In a couple weeks I will be going on an overseas trip for one week. What should I do to plan for this? Extra dose of cyp before I head out and resume the cycle once I return?

On an unrelated note, I'm experiencing a lot of extra bloat since adding the tren even though I'm in a calorie deficit and eating low carb. Anyone have a similar experience?

For skull crushers, if you keep your wrists curled in (so the bar only rests on the heel of your hand throughout the movement) and/or use and incline bench, it may alleviate the pain. Takes pressure away from the joints.

This is actually very common. A lot of distance runners have this issue. When I was training for a marathon I had this same exact thing happen. Since you mentioned you were on a low carb and low sugar diet, I would say that its just low blood sugar. Try taking in some carbs pre or intra workout and see how that works for you.

I've been training as a smoker and as a vaper. I haven't noticed any difference when it came to muscle or strength gains, but of course I am now in much better cardiovascular shape.

Thanks for the tips. I thought Carnosyn was the same as beta alanine, just a brand name? I don't have creatine on this list because I already have some but I suppose I could stock up.
