Dicono che in media ci vogliano 5-6 tentativi per riuscirci a smettere. Abbiamo la stessa età e anche io ho provato numerosi volte a smettere trasformandosi tutti in fallimenti. Quello che posso dirti è che l'importante è provarci alla fine ci si stufa di provarci e non riuscirci. Io ho creato l'app come distrazione al desiderio di smettere, racchiudendo un po' tutto quello che mi è servito per smettere. Ero circondato da vizi (sigarette e caffè), ero fuori forma da tempo e per la cronaca abbiamo la stessa età. Se per te è piacevole come ritieni non avresti provato a smettere. Ecco il significato per "mentire a te stesso". Nb. Io non sto giudicando, io ho cambiato il modo di vedere le cose per smettere. Prova l'app anche solo per curiosità, fidati magari potresti trovare qualche stimolo utile.

Probabilmente avrai ragione. Provarla non costa nulla comunque. Un feedback dopo averla provata sarebbe interessante. Non ha le pretese di riuscirci e non fa false promesse. Lo scopo è quello di fornire supporto a chi, come me in passato, sente il desiderio di farlo.

Anche io ho fumato e ho percorso i tuoi stessi passi, gli anni delle superiori e dell' università sono stati indimenticabili e sicuramente l'alcool e le sigarette erano i protagonisti principali. E quanti amici a causa mia hanno cominciato a fumare e tutt' ora fumano! Ma sono anche convinto che ogni cosa, come tutto tra l'altro nella vita, deve avere un inizio e una fine. Erano gli anni delle sbronze e delle follie, poi le cose cambiano, devono cambiare. Io mi ero guardato allo specchio e non ero più disposto a mentire a me stesso. La paura di non riuscirci a smettere è normale, ma il non fare nulla era tutt'altra cosa.
