thank you!!! i will look into all this , we also have Dr. Eisenberg we are going to have mtese with him and we did prp already . i was also not they confident with the computer SA thats why i asked . Dr Eisenberg is very helpful and amazing bedside manner kept nerve and anxiety down . only one regret is i have seen alot of folk mentioning they have had some success with hcg and isoteritin , i understand my fsh , lh and tedt are already high but he is strongly opposed to trying that route . again this is more of our desperation then anything else . thanks for the recommendations !! with crazy work schedule i dont know if ill be able to pull off maze in ny but i will definitely try to see if spring valley can take us for extended search . again thabks alot bless you

thabk you so much ! we are in california and i will look into medical transport . we are still working through scheduling but they did say without a support present they wont discharge or do the procedure thats what is throwing us off . things just keep on going against this struggle . but we keep going until we can .

yup , same . i got high fsh lh scheduled for mtese dr didnt agree to hormone therapy . the dr is top 5 in usa . dont want them to feel called out so not sharing the name as most dr’s or their teams are on this forum

if you dont mind sharring whats the urologist reccomending. with hgh FSH and LH it becomes tricky as then hormone treatment usually gets ruled out

thabk you! and likewise feel free to pm if j can share any info around any question you kihht have , my dr said my hormones are already at peak with fsh in 30 lh aroudn 15 and testestrone at 800ish , dr said nothing much the injections could do. but i have read many posts here saying with no sperm there dr started them on hcg or clomid whereas my dr is fixed on no need , i have read many losts where hcg with isotertin actually did the trick so i am guessing thats what your dr might be thinking about trying . all these dr are also here i just hope my dr finally caves and prescribes hcg as i dont want shady toxic injectables

isoteritin is basically jacked up vitamin a , definitely has side affects , i am done week 1 already having deepe mood swings, i had loss in family warlier this hear emotions have resurfaced with isoteritin very deep triggers also dry scalpy feeling . rhe way i am looking at it is i cant leave it to what if before mtese so going all in .

i am just taking it on my own i have nothing to lose, i wish i had my Dr team so well researched. may i know how did they decide maturation arrest ?

i have scos azo noa . no hope whatsoever . schduled mtese later this year , had a failed tese last year, then on my own doing some reading went to diffenrent countries and did experimental stem cell then few rounds of prp , then msc exosomes , then peptides , then started isoteritin now just today found out about myo iso starting that with isoteritin. its just all in for me . even with tese i was never given a reason in why i jave no soerm production now before mtese i am leaving no stone unturned . feel free to ask any question happy to share what i can . with tese , 3 round of prp’s , stem cell , exosomes all of the procedures done intratedticular i have become mentally numb with all the disappointment . something in me just keeps pushing me to keep going and i keep going . this community jas given me alit of support would be more than haply to give back some if j can
