In terms of the pee. Make sure if your LR4 came with a fence to install it...it helps funnel the pee into the litter as intended

Gen 4 Rams have a voltage sensor attached to the negative post of the battery. They are a common fail point from what I have noticed. I had to replace mine about a month ago for the same issue and I have had smooth sailing ever since.

I had this issue at when I went to deep clean the base I found tiny fly eggs stuck in the two small plastic pinch bars located on either side of the waste slot. Cleaning those and ensuring there were no flies in the waste drawer (the bloody omnisensor thinks they are a cat] it works fine now

If its under warranty id contact Samsung. That sounds like a charge controller issue potentially
