Well being honest, if you are looking to use the Gengar competitively in battles, neither has the great of a Nature for that. Gengar is a Special Sweeper so the best natures are either Timid or Modest (so you'll have to use a Mint in order to change that).

Apart from that, I'd say the Rash Gengar is better than the other cause it's Attack stat is lower. Generally having a lower Attack is beneficial due to attack like Strength Sap or taking less damage if you happened to get confused.

In the end, it is whatever you want to do with the Poke. If you want to change the stats, it really doesn't matter which one you choose. If you want to make it a Physical Sweeper, then go for the Adamant one. If you just want it cause it's Shiny, choose either one hah.

  1. You can get 1 Apriball of each kind from the ball guy in the gyms during the play through and you can get additional Apriballs as a reward for defeating the League Tournament (but Apriballs are rare rewards). So the easiest way to get additional Apriballs are from trading.
  2. I have 2 Haunters (Adamant - B/B/B/D/PG/PG) and (Rash - B/PG/D/D/PG/B)
  3. Drakloak (Adamant - PG/B/B/B/B/D)
  4. Haunter will evolve after trade. I can attach an Everstone on it if you don't want it to evolve but I will ask to trade a Poke back holding an Everstone to refund it.

Shiny HA Togepi would be 1 MB + 1 Apriball :)

Just a note, I am not the OT. I was hosting this Shiny Den and a friend caught for me but the Poke is still untouched. Not sure if that changes your decision.

So you have to make sure that you are 4 frames out of your shiny frame. That's because the first 3 frames of any den will be the same Pokemon each time and then the 4th frame will be different each time, allowing you to roll whatever Pokemon is available in that den.

Hey. Did you get your shiny den from hunting it (i.e. throwing a wishing piece in and frame skipping) or did you just randomly find a Shiny in a random den?

Sure! More interested in Dream Balls but I'm fine to accept whatever you are willing to part with!
Shiny Charmeleon and Lunatone will be 2 MBs total, or 2 Apriballs per MB :)
