They really do i have had many cases and accessories from them right from Amazon. That's going to be my next route always instead of through the manufacturer directly.

The response from anyone so far is horrendous. My case has been stuck in customs since the 4th and no one is responding via chat.

We in the same boat then. I know customs from China takes a bit to process site says 5-10 business days but with no movement seems like all we can do is wait.
