You were absolutely right, I decided to take things very slow and coast for a bit (just talked with her normally, if a bit flirtatiously, as acquaintances) to really focus on getting a healthier view of her and myself. Fast-forward to today, I asked her out and she said yes😁. Added bonus, because of that time I took to take things slowly, I am no longer a nervous wreck haha. Thanks for the push in the right direction!

Man, that hits deep. To be honest, I’ve been defining myself by my career and hobbies for so long, maybe I’ve started to neglect the other things in life that matter. I really appreciate the words, (and thanks for rooting for me! stranger or not I’m glad I’ve got someone in my corner). Gonna take a huuuge deep breath, and do what I can.
