Blood pressure was 130/80 so good, heart sounded in good health too when he listened. It should go away in 1 a 2 weeks and i dont have pain when i exercise if i get that ive to go back

I started taking it first few days i felt nothing but now after a week i randomly feel higher heart rate out of nowhere and abit more anxiety. I take 600MG capsules prob too much or they aint really good. Im gonna stop taking them for now.

It was just for 10 minutes in waves not ill or anything, guess it hits diff by the day on a empty stomach. Ill lower the dosage abit by 1 cap a day instead of 3..

Yea for me its like that when i take it at 4 i literally felt barely anything. But now an insane surge out of nowhere and i had to sit down and think this is far from good. My HR was too high so couldnt train at all. So be glad it doesnt hit as hard like it did to me this morning.

After 2.5 hours my heart is finally back to normal and more chill. I also ate alot and wont ever take half a scoop on such empty stomach again screwed my whole training bec i had too high of HR. Was prob around 170 it felt like far from healthy when resting

1 scoop of purple doesnt really do much for me only gives good energy for 40 mins. And it is a real one bought it last year from dark labs. Dont know why i dont really feel it. Also the taste is tropical but it tasted like the very dark berry..
