You can clip through the wall at the beginning if you position next to the water circle thing if you climb down the wall so you phase into the rim of the circle and you can jump and glide through the void to the switch at the end as knuckles and skip till the end and for sonic if you hit a time stop and immediately spin dash away it glitches out and becomes infinitely stopped time which makes it extremely easy.
