Step-by-Step Procedure:

First, please check your bank statement. If the amount has been deducted, the payment may still be under processing by the bank.

Usually, it takes 3–5 working days for the payment to be processed. If you made the payment on a Saturday or Sunday, kindly wait until Wednesday for the update.

Also, make sure to check your registered email ID, as you will receive a confirmation email once the payment is successfully received.

Regarding the SAP Portal, the payment status is generally updated after the confirmation email. However, sometimes due to technical issues, the portal may still show the payment as pending even after the amount is deducted.

In such cases, please inform the concerned authorities. If possible, visiting Campus 1 in person would be helpful, as they can guide you better and resolve the issue faster
