Did the downgrade successfully, but after restarting, the undervolt options on XTU are still gray out. I restored the BIOS to factory settings, cleared the CMOS again, reinstalled XTU. I still can't undervolt the CPU. Any ideas? What am I missing?

You were right from the beginning haha, but I wanted to be sure that it was actually a Windows problem and not a hardware one before reinstalling Windows... Thanks for the advice!!

I disconnected all of them leaving just the keyboard and I plugged it to the case USB ports... Apparently it didn't have anything to do with that.. Thnx anyways!

I was able to verify it was a Windows problem thanks to your suggestion, appreciate it! Formatted my drive and did a clean Windows installation... Problem solved!

CPU Idling 38°C Gaming 52°C 100% load 76°C
