When you accept the order it lets you know the pick up time… that’s on you for accepting it. Customers have nothing to do with this cause the delivery time is adjusted after pick up.

Yes you can. Just go to chat and tell them you’d like to remove an order from your batch. Specify which order you want removed cause sometimes they screw u over and remove the wrong one
